Winter Frost / Festive Flurry - Scrapbook Pages

I designed two pages for my October Scrapbook class. Both use the Winter Frost DSP stack in the Seasonal catalogue.

The papers in the stack are perfectly sized for card making, but are just as good for scrapbooking too :o)

I used the Sunburst technique for this first page. You do this by cutting the DSP into rectangle shapes and then cut each rectangle diagonally into two triangles. The triangles are then laid next to each other with the 'points' in the centre of the panel.

The journalling mat was created using the Top Note die and the snowflakes using the Festive Flurry framelits.

This second page is much simpler than the first. I repeated the snowflake to add dimension and match with the first page.

I used the matching Festive Flurry stamps to stamp the snowflakes diagonally across the page.

The letter and numbers used are from the Sketch Alphabet stamp set.
