This is one of the cards I used for my Party make & takes this month.
Pool Party and Basic Black look great together with a touch of the Sale-a-Bration Sweet Sorbet DSP.
I used the Scallop Tag Topper Punch to make a mat for the flower and wrapped a little White Baker's Twine around it, tying it into a bow.
